Delegates represented universities in Lebanon, the UK, the USA, Uzbekistan, and Zambia. They shared best practices and discussed topics including:
- The changing nature of work and its implications for career development programs and curricular innovation.
- How technology, including artificial intelligence, will accelerate change and redefine professional life.
- Vocational discernment: supporting students in finding meaning and purpose in a fast-changing world.
- Collaboration with employers to project longer term talent needs.
- The future of the college and university presidency. What new skills and knowledge will leaders need in the years ahead?
