The Oxford Conclave begins a third decade of annual programs in July 2025 with a retreat for college and university presidents focusing on the role of education in developing ethical leaders for the future. Participating presidents,  vice chancellors, and other leaders will share best practices and insights from their own institutions while learning from guest experts. Delegates will explore:

• The University of Oxford’s research and programming in leadership education and character development.
• A new initiative in global youth leadership led by the former vice chancellor of a major British university with the support of important national leaders.
• Conversations with internationally recognized leaders who have championed positive social change.
• Best practices of the colleges and universities represented at The Oxford Conclave.
